These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of iidbooking.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Wisconsin Ignition Interlock Devices, Inc., doing business as Missouri Ignition Interlock Devices, Alabama Ignition Interlock Devices, and California Ignition Interlock Devices (collectively, “WIID”). For purposes of these Terms, references to “WIID” include Wisconsin Ignition Interlock Devices, Inc. and the foregoing DBA brands.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for limited booking-related functions, including appointment-related access for monitoring and removal services, related communications, and access to certain individual open or overdue invoice links. Use of the Site for any other purpose is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site. You may use the Site only in connection with your own information or matters you are authorized to access.
WIID reserves the right to deny, limit, suspend, or terminate access where information is inaccurate, use is unauthorized, or security concerns are identified.
The Site may use security measures including bot-detection tools, one-time passcodes, cookies, session controls, and related protections. You agree not to interfere with, bypass, disable, misuse, or attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measure used by the Site.
Access granted through the Site is limited, conditional, revocable, and subject to WIID’s verification and security controls.
Submission of information or an appointment request through the Site does not guarantee appointment availability, approval, or completion. Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and related service actions remain subject to WIID’s operational requirements, account status, and other applicable conditions.
The Site may display or provide access to links for individual open or overdue invoices. Such links may direct you to a QuickBooks-hosted page for viewing or payment of a specific invoice. WIID does not guarantee continued availability of any invoice link, payment page, or third-party service.
You are responsible for reviewing invoice information for accuracy and contacting WIID regarding any questions or disputes.
The Site may rely on third-party services or pages in connection with security, communications, hosting, or invoice/payment functions. WIID is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, acts, or omissions of third-party services or websites.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.
WIID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF DEFECTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR FUNCTIONALITY WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIID’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WIID and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of another party.
WIID may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. WIID may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
