For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to “WIID” include Wisconsin Ignition Interlock Devices, Inc. and the foregoing DBA brands.

This Privacy Policy explains how WIID collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the Site in connection with booking-related services.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through iidbooking.com. It does not govern information collected through other websites, applications, phone calls, in-person interactions, or third-party services except as expressly stated herein.

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Appointment updates
• Cancellation notices related to non-payment

WIID does not use the Site to obtain consent for marketing or promotional text messages at this time.

5. Disclosure of Information

WIID does not sell personal information collected through the Site.

The Site may provide links to individual open or overdue invoices. In some cases, those links may direct users to a QuickBooks-hosted page for viewing or payment of a specific invoice. WIID is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party pages or services.

8. Payment Information

Payments made through any QuickBooks-hosted invoice page are processed in the applicable third-party payment environment. WIID does not state in this Privacy Policy that iidbooking.com stores full payment card information submitted through those third-party pages.

9. Data Security

WIID uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. However, no system, website, or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and WIID cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

WIID may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, provide requested services, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
