LCI Subcontract Removals can only be performed if LCI has created a work order for your removal appointment. It is your responsibility, as the client, to contact LCI and have them generate a work order, which will authorize your shop's technician to remove your interlock. If a removal work order is not accessible by our technician at the time of the removal appointment, you could be subject to a $50 Missed Appointment fee.
